Return Policy

At Prakash Jewellers, we follow a no return and no exchange policy for all products. Exchange is only applicable in case of damaged products.

If the product you received is damaged, you can request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. The exchange request will be processed only after the original item is picked up and received at our warehouse (for gold items).

Please note that this policy does not apply to personalized jewelry, perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, and God idols, unless the item is found to be defective or spurious. Prakash Jewellers reserves the right to inspect returned items before confirming eligibility for exchange.

If you purchased a Prakash Jewellers product from a source other than our website, app, or exclusive stores, the return or exchange policy of that source will apply.

Missing Items

If any items are missing from your return shipment during an exchange (e.g., if multiple items were claimed to be returned but the pickup did not include all of them), the company reserves the right to deduct up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund or deny the exchange. This includes promotional products such as free gifts or silver coins.

Exchange Process

You can raise an exchange request through our website or app, or by contacting our Customer Support team. Once the request is logged, please ensure you are available for the reverse pickup and answer calls from our delivery partner. In case of a missed pickup, the process may need to be re-initiated, causing a delay.

Serviceability

While most pin codes are serviceable for forward and reverse logistics, certain areas may not support reverse pickup. In such cases, we may request you to courier the product back using a reliable service like India Post. We will reimburse up to ₹70 towards shipping charges. Any cost above this limit will be adjusted from the customer’s refund or not reimbursed in the case of a direct exchange.

Missing Products

If you receive a parcel with a missing product or an empty box, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery. A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory to investigate and validate your claim. In the absence of clear evidence or visible signs of tampering, the claim may be denied. Prakash Jewellers reserves the right to make the final decision.
