Terms of Service

Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked. This policy does not apply to personalized jewelry, perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, and God idols, except in cases of defective or spurious products. Prakash Jewellers reserves the right to process refunds after inspecting the returned items. If you purchased a Prakash Jewellers product from a source other than the Prakash Jewellerswebsite, app, or exclusive stores, the return policies of the purchase source will apply. Any shipping charges paid at the time of ordering are non-refundable in case of returns.

Missing Items: If items are missing from your return order, i.e., if the customer claims to have returned multiple products but the actual pickup does not include all stated items, the company reserves the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This includes promotional products such as free gifts and silver coins.

Refund Policy: If you request a return, the refund will be initiated once we receive the product back at our warehouse.

Replacement & Exchange: You can request a replacement or exchange under the same conditions as returns. The replacement will be shipped only after the initial return has been picked up or delivered (for gold items).

Return Process: You can initiate a return request through our website or app, or contact our Customer Support team for assistance. Once a return request is booked, please ensure you are available for the reverse pickup and answer calls from the delivery partner. If you are unavailable or do not answer calls, the delivery partner may cancel the reverse pickup, requiring the process to be re-initiated, thus extending the timeline.

Serviceability: While most pin codes are serviceable for both forward and reverse logistics, some may only be forward serviceable. In such cases, we may request you to return the product via an alternative courier service, such as India Post, and we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs up to Rs. 70. Any charges exceeding Rs. 70 will be adjusted against the customer's refund. For non-serviceable pin codes, the customer is responsible for returning the jewelry to our warehouse and will receive Rs. 70 towards shipping charges with their refund.

Missing Products: If you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will require a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel to process your request. Insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering may result in your claim not being honored. The brand reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.
